Notes for Real Estate Agents

1. There is a "Resident Contact Information Form" that must be completed by all buyers. A copy of this form can be found on the Unit Two website by clicking on "Residents" and then selecting  "New Resident Information" on the drop down menu. By clicking on the button at the top of the "New Resident Information Screen" the "Resident Information Form" will be made available to you to complete and submit. A second way to access this form is by clicking on this link: "Resident Information"

         

2. An Estoppel fee of $299.00 is required and should be made payable to:

3. The Master Association likewise collects a one-time Capital Assessment fee of $4,800.00      and an Estoppel fee of $299.00 payable to:

An Estoppel RUSH FEE is an additional $199.00

 

Other fee-related information:

 

There is a separate fee schedule applied in those instances when an owner of multiple units who is not in delinquency requests an estoppel resulting in one estoppel certificate that may cover all units in that situation.
