All board meetings will be held in Card Rooms 1 & 2 in the lower level of the G&CC.  All meetings will start at 10:00 am unless otherwise noted.​​

All board meetings notices/agendas will be posted on the website and placed in the bulletin board outside the SWCA/Castle office in the lower level of the Country Club 48 hours in advanced of the meeting. Emails will be sent to all homeowners’ who have agreed to electronic communications 48 hours in advance. All board meetings will be held in Card Rooms 1 & 2 which is located in the lower level of the G&CC.
