Architectural standards and guidelines are administered by the Architectural and Compliance Committee.  This committee  is responsible for enforcing all standards and rules which apply to Spanish Wells Unit Two.  These rules are set forth in the Amended and Restated Declarations of Restrictions, Covenants and Easements for Spanish Wells Unit Two recorded with the Lee County Clerk on April 18, 2019.
